About John Rosatti

Brooklyn born John Rosatti is no stranger to hard work. Growing up in a small, basement apartment with working class parents and one older sibling, Rosatti began delivery meats in the local neighborhood at the early age of 11.

In his spare time, he worked on boats with his father Edward at the local docks, acquiring mechanical skills that would prove invaluable much later as he entered into the automobile industry. Initially, Rosatti began a small construction business, while driving for a car service company on the side. In 1978, he opened his first auto dealership in Flatbush, eventually creating Plaza Auto Group. Voted by Wards Automotive as a ‘Top 100’ dealership, Plaza Auto Group was also recognized by The New York Daily News and named as one of their ‘2001 Auto All-Stars.’
